Where do you deliver and how long does delivery take?

We deliver across Kenya. If you’re in Nairobi, enjoy same-day express delivery. For orders outside Nairobi, we offer next-day delivery. Delivery timelines may vary slightly depending on your location and order confirmation time

Can I request a fragrance that is currently out of stock?

Absolutely! If your preferred fragrance is currently out of stock, simply click “Order via WhatsApp” to pre-order it, and we’ll assist you with the rest.

Do you offer refunds or exchanges?
